Proximity to Concord Mall, Exercise room features, Restaurant and bar services

Rooms need significant refurbishment!!! Embarrassing visible maintenance issues!!! The TV setup is a disaster, and no one seems to care about it!!! Improve the wi-fi reliability or risk serious guest dissatisfaction!!!

We had a spontaneous stay last minute and the hotel was neat and clean. The staff was understanding and helpful when we needed to book separate days. Thumbs up for the organization despite the last-minute nature of our stay!

the lobby looked promising but beware of the hidden smell and stains; even though it's a clean space, it lacks adequate service for guests. free parking helps.

The King Room I stayed in was spacious and had great bedding, so I slept really well. The bathroom was a bit worn with some cracked tiles. The TV was a nice size and modern. The check-in was smooth and quick, which was cool. Overall, it felt like a mixed bag, but I liked the room's comfort.

Comfortable rooms and tasty breakfast made our stay enjoyable. Also, the excellent conference facilities helped us stay organized while traveling with 5 kids, allowing us to connect easily for planning our family outings.

In my wife’s opinion, the hotel needs better elevator capacity for busy times.

I was greeted with warm, gooey chocolate chip cookies upon arrival—what a delightful touch! The King Room I stayed in was clean, spacious, and super comfy, making it the perfect retreat after a long day. Plus, the location was fantastic, with easy access to Concord Mall for some shopping and fun!

It was just an optimal selection for a short layover in Wilmington with great value for money. The free breakfast was okay. not much variety, but it did the job. Avoid rooms facing the main road for a quieter stay.

The lobby area looked nice and staff were friendly. Unfortunately, the bathroom cleanliness was concerning and smelled bad.

My family enjoyed a fantastic stay! The roasted chicken at the onsite restaurant was sublime—perfectly cooked and seasoned. Our room was immaculate, and the staff went above and beyond with their friendly service. Pro tip, try the brussel sprouts—they're a must!
